Band Camp week is here! 🎉 We're looking forward to kicking off another great HVMB season. Please review the reminders below and be sure you're ready for a busy week.

🎒 Pre-Camp Reminders

Please bring the following to each pre-camp rehearsal:

• 🥪 Bag lunch (students may not leave campus for lunch)
• 💧 Plenty of water or a large refillable water jug
• 🧴 Sunscreen
• 👟 Comfortable clothing and closed-toe marching shoes

🏠 Room assignments are due Monday!

All students must complete their room or sleeping arrangement selection in BoosterHub before camp.

🏕️ Band Camp Reminders

📄 Please review the full Band Camp Packet for complete schedules, packing lists, and policies.

Before Friday's departure, be sure you have:

• ✅ All required forms submitted and approved
• ✅ Luggage/Conduct/Medication Agreement brought to check-in
• ✅ Medications in a labeled clear zipper bag (inhalers and EpiPens should still be registered but remain with the student)
• ✅ Clearly labeled luggage

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents should remain with their student until check-in is complete on Friday.

🚗 Camp Pickup Reminder

Students must be picked up from camp on Friday, August 7, beginning at 10:30 AM. If your student will be riding home with another family, please complete the Student Release Form before camp.

🥗 Students with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences should complete the Dietary Restriction Form as soon as possible.

⭐ Tradition Reminders

• 👕 Seniors: Bring a plain white T-shirt for tie-dye.
• 🕯️ Returning members: Don't forget your candles for the camp bonfire.

• View your student's financial account
• Access calendars and group chats
• Sign up for camp rooms
• Volunteer for events
• Upload and view photos
• Access forms and important documents
