Back to School Reminders

With the school year beginning, students are encouraged to take care of themselves and balance their school and marching band responsibilities. Remember to get plenty of sleep, eat and hydrate well, practice between rehearsals, and come prepared for the weather.

Students should also begin regularly checking their Skyward email for important band class information in addition to HVMB emails and BoosterHub communications.

💵 Football Mania Fundraiser

Payments are due Friday, September 4.

Each student is required to sell their five assigned Football Mania tickets and return payment as cash or one check payable to Milford Band Parents to the Red Box at the Lakeland Band Room.

Students can continue selling beyond their required five tickets and earn $10 toward their band account for each additional ticket sold, either online or on paper.

Additional paper tickets are available from Treasurer Jessica Leja.

🎪 Save the Date – Huron Valley Invitational

Saturday, September 26 | Lakeland High School

Our annual Huron Valley Invitational (HVI) brings area marching bands to Lakeland for a full day of competition.

As a reminder, every HVMB family is expected to have at least one representative work a shift as part of the season volunteer commitment.

Volunteer shifts will be posted in BoosterHub once the event schedule is finalized.
