🙌 HVI Volunteers

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to help make HVI a success!

As a reminder, each current HVMB family is expected to have at least one representative work a shift as part of the season volunteer commitment.

A few additional volunteers are still needed, particularly for:

• Parking
• Warmup timers
• Hospitality food donations

Volunteers should park in the water tower lot and enter through the athletic entrance. Head to the atrium to check in before beginning your shift.

Please remember to sign in so your family receives credit for volunteering.

Questions about your assignment can be directed to your area chairperson or hvensembles@gmail.com.
